From beginning to end Bryan gave us the advise and support we needed. There was great communication throughout the process, both from Bryan and the Harcourt office. Bryan advised us to get a “Builder rapport” which turned out to be very helpful in answering questions from potential buyers and he was thorough in ensuring that everything was compliant and up to specs. He organised assistance as to the best way to present the property for sale and his estimated sale price was achieved spot on. Finally I would like to thank Bryan for being respectful of the emotions related to selling my parents home. I expected a good service from Brian and I got it. I can’t see what could have been done better. Thank you.

Jodi was amazing to deal with. She was excellent at communicating, gave you the confidence that she was on top of her game and provided incredible support to the whole family. Jodi was extremely caring, sensitive and empathetic to our situation, as this was a deceased estate, and went out of her way to help in anyway she could - all without fuss. The staging of the house, at no extra cost, was such a huge unexpected bonus and the result was a very quick sale. I wouldn't go anywhere else to sell a house in Blenheim.
