We have only praise for Martyn.
Martyn went the Xtra mile for us. Keeping us advised every step of the way. He remained positive despite the hurdles of the Kenepuru road plus the torrential rain rain rain and more rain. We are incredibly grateful to have Martyn as our agent, for he went the extra mile for us. We celebrated the sale with his gift of a truly delicious relish made by himself.

Helpful & Transparent
We are first home buyers and have come to realize that there is a lot of ambiguity in buying a house. The entire process was unfamiliar and at times very daunting. Excellent communication and assistance to sell our house
Tanya listened to our objectives to come up with a marketing plan to suit our timeframe and budget. She had a good handle on the market, and kept us informed throughout the marketing process. She even arranged a great contractor to tidy the grounds in time for marketing pictures. She then worked professionally with us and the purchaser's agent to get an agreement signed, and helped to smoothly reach an unconditional stage. Very professional and efficient service, thank you.

Amber recently sold us our new home, her approach is easy going, she is personable, delightful to deal with, she has clear communication and will find out any detail required as well as going the extra mile to get things done for you. Bryan was very friendly, approachable and professional at all times.
After the first visit Bryan set how he we would approach the sale. He said it was a quiet time with very few at open homes.He set out a plan to attract buyers by getting a builders report and completing the repairs needed. This approach worked like a dream.
