Aaron was a pleasure to deal with and he made the sale of the property so much easier. His knowledge of the Bishopdale property market was extensive and he was able to guide us every step of the way. He provided regular weekly updates on all prospective purchasers and advised on feedback received at the open homes. He even mowed the lawns during the sale process when we were away on holiday! I would happily recommend Aaron to any prospective property seller and would use his services again if the need arises. Great job Aaron.

Here are the three aspects that we really appreciate: (1) Read is very knowledgeable about the building. He is a committee member of the body corporate, thus has access to the important information that he shares with us. (2) The whole experience is very relaxed - We did not feel pressured to make decisions, and could take our time to do our research, thinking and come up with our decision. (3) Read is timely in his response to our queries.

I found Annette very obliging and helpful. She went out of her way to get all the information about the property I needed or requested. I was also able to speak to her at anytime of the day or she would promptly ring me back. I would recommend anyone to work with Annette who is looking to purchase a property.

When I first met Sonia, I found her very friendly and easy to talk to. The one thing that really stood out for me was her positive approach. Also nothing was a bother to her. She knows the ins and outs of presenting and selling a house which I appreciated as I had never done it on my own. I found with Sonia, that I wasn't doing it on my own. She called me nearly every day to keep me abreast of how things were going with open homes and people's reactions to the house. My thanks for her care and help.
