This is the third property that Sonia has sold for me. I felt really confident and safe in her professional ability. She has such a warm, cheerful personality and has an amazing knack of relating well with prospective buyers and coaxing them into buying. Sonia gave me really helpful advice on how to stage my home and even gave me some lovely white towels for the bathroom. She put a lot of effort into the open homes, carefully choosing the best times for them. She did a lot of homework on getting information about the house and answering all the questions from potential buyers. My house sold in 3 weeks at a price I was very happy with.
