(2) The whole experience is very relaxed - We did not feel pressured to make decisions, and could take our time to do our research, thinking and come up with our decision. When I first met Sonia, I found her very friendly and easy to talk to. The one thing that really stood out for me was her positive approach. Also nothing was a bother to her.
