Just prior to Christmas 2017, after looking at and going to many open homes we came across One Agency and Jacqui. Great lady. On expressing our interest in the property she set the wheels in motion to endeavour to get a contract sorted with hours to go before everyone went on their annual summer breaks. What a Christmas present. Keeping in touch prior to handover day at the end of Feb 2018, Jacqui continued to impress us. Handover of keys was delayed due to the disorganisation of the previous owner, but Jacqui took it upon herself to assist with their departure, which enabled us to still semi unpack that night. Jacqui continues to be part of our lives and drops in periodically to see how our refurbishment is tracking or just to say hi. We would like to think we will do it all again with Jacqui in the future.
