As buyers seeking our first property in New Zealand, we both knew that we were in unfamiliar territory, and basically “flying blind”. This can, of course, be a little intimidating. In short, it would be fair to say that we had our guards up. Then we met Jacqui! Not by any astute design... just dumb luck really; as the listing agent for a property we did a drive by on, and liked.
