Once Bradley listed my home he made sure to keep me fully informed after every open house regarding the number of people going through & any feedback offered from those who toured my home. He worked very hard to market and sell my home in a timely manner and to get the offer I was happy with. Topnotch experience

Great experience with Bradley Lee
Bradley has excellent market knowledge and was always open with us as to what he thought was a good market price - combining this with our expectations. The quality of the marketing was of a very high standard. We opted for the Platinum contract and it was well worth the investment. Bradley held numerous Open Homes on a very regular basis, and followed up with extras when requested by interested buyers. Bradley was always professional in his manner. After an Open Home, he always reported back on attendance and followed us with possible purchasers. We chose to use Bradley Lee during to the strength of the online marketing used by Bradley and One Agency. We were thrilled with the quality of the photographs and the walk-through video. Going Above and Beyond
Having moved from Dunedin to Auckland some years earlier, we needed an agent who could not only arrange the sale of our Belleknowes home, but also ensure it was well presented after having tenants. From arranging cleaning, tradesmen, painting and staging, it was all done willingly, and we never had to return to Dunedin at any stage. Jacqui and her team are amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and her advice and work was spot on. She kept us well informed at every stage so we always had a good idea of where the property was at in the process. Jacqui and Stephen really know their stuff and their experience not only made the process almost worry-free, but also achieved us a very reasonable price in what was a difficult market for sellers. Jacqui knows the market and is able to tailor the sales plan to match superbly
We have sold several homes with Jacqui leading the team. Each time the market has been different and each marketing strategy has been just right. Our latest sale happened in just two weeks. She said to use a short cycle, test the market and suggest a price range. That was so successful that she got us a sale well past what we thought we would achieve. Knowledgeable, efficient, lovely
As a first home buyer, I was amazed by Jacqui’s patience and efficiency at answering all my questions prior to entering my offer. After my offer was accepted she pre-empted all my questions and calmly explained the next steps of the process, in doing this she took the terror out of the experience and left me with the excitement!
