First Home Buyers
As first home buyers, we couldn't be more grateful for Brads time and patience as we navigated the market. We had had a couple of viewings with Brad that didnt quite tick all the boxes, but Brad was determined to help us! He made contact with us to let us know of an off market listing that we will now get to call home! Brad handled the entire process professionally and was super proactive when it came to organizing viewings and providing information about property. Steady Reliable Trusted Agent
It was a delight to have Jacqui Johnston and One Agency market and manage the sale of our family home. I went out to several agents to get their offerings, and Jacqui's was not only the sharpest but still provided everything being offered by others. Jacqui made sure we clearly understood the agreement, process, and provided great communication and updates on what each party needed to do for the best outcome. Jacqui made sure to be available for any random day/time and prospective buyer wanted a private tour, and continued to provide feedback on each of these to help us gauge the market. When offers started coming in, Jacqui presented them, but helped us to keep these in perspective. When the right offer came, Jacqui was ever timely and communicative in making sure all parties knew what the next steps were, and helped ensure the settlement went as planned. Jacqui Johnston: joyful, jovial, and just! :-)
I have recently purchased my first home in Dunedin. Being from Auckland, my knowledge of Dunedin's property market was limited. Jacqui was always open and honest with us, and we never felt pressured or mislead. Despite her busy schedule, she always answered our numerous phone calls and questions in regards to the property, and allowed us to view the house multiple times to ensure we were happy. Jacqui and her team have already organised for the house to be cleaned, tidied, and tenanted within the space of one week. Buying a home is extremely overwhelming; but thanks to Jacqui the process was a lot less stressful.

Excellent service right through the purchase process
Viv did an outstanding job from the moment we viewed the house, she did a great job pointing out the aspects of the house in the initial private viewing and followed this up with clear communication throughout the negotiation. All in all Viv did a great job working for the vendors and also helping us purchase a home we love.

Selling our First Home
We first met Bradley at an ?Open home when we decided to look at putting our house on the market. We instantly felt at ease with him and every question we asked as first home sellers was answered with professionalism and knowledge. He came up to do a free appraisal and talk through selling and he sold our house for us incredibly fast and stress free, he also kept us in the loop through the whole process. Now we are looking to buy he has also let us know of suitable homes coming on the market. Great communication and we would definitely recommend Bradley to anyone looking at selling their home.
