And that's what you want when trying to get the best price for your home. He is knowledgeable about the local area market and tells you what the needs are for a quick and profitable sale. We hired Rhys to sell our crib at Long Beach and he and Sara went way beyond the call of duty for us. They are easy to work with, great communicators and most importantly, got our crib onto the market quickly and professionally. We had a ridiculous amount of interest which translated to many offers and ultimately a very good sale to a great buyer.
