Nilab has very good market knowledge and understands the requirements of her clients. She helped us to sell our investment property in a very short time, when the real estate market was down. Selling was not easy for us as we live out of town but Nilab went out of her way to get the work done and produced exceptional result for us. We didn't need to visit even a single time from the first day we spoke with her on phone till settlement. She made every stage of process very easy for us. Very calm and result focused. Great in communicating. We will use her services again in the future.

Nilab was amazing to work with I have known her for a few years now and when we wanted to purchase a house in Christchurch I didn’t hesitate to contact her :)) She was great at communicating and keeping us up to date on the things we needed done. She was great through this whole process and gave us many great contacts of people to engage with. She was there to answer and questions we had around houses and purchasing and what needs to be done before we put in offers for houses. We told Nilab the type of house we wanted and when something new came to the market she would organise a private viewing for us and she would keep us in the loop on houses she thought we would be interested in. :)) Overall Nilab was amazing and always honest which created a safe space for us to be honest with the homes she showed us :))
