Prior to going to market he coordinated the painting and re-carpeting of the house and arranged for staging furniture. The outcome was the acceptance of a very satisfactory offer.

We had a great experience dealing with Sean on the marketing and sale of our house. A friend had recommend Sean, right from the first meeting he was very helpful knew the market, knew the best options for marketing the house, he always kept us up to date. The house needed some renovations to bring it up to a high standard for sale. Sean arranged for a contractor to do the work, arranged for staging furniture, helped us get finance. We can't speak highly enough of Sean, we have used other agents in the past this experience with Sean on this sale would have to been the best we have had. He has been the total professional for us. Sean was very kind to me as I have a disability and found the sale stressful. He always returned my many, calls he made the sale very easy for me, I am so grateful to Sean. Thankyou.
