From out initial contact with Lyn and Nicholas until auction day we felt privileged to have the use of their service. What we thought initially as daunting and potentially problematic, trying to sell a property on behalf of a family member, turned out to be a "no problem we can do this". We felt immediately at ease during the initial tour of the property and no judgement was made at the state of the dwelling. A plan and timescale were drawn up and everything ran like clockwork with constant updates given. Nothing was left unexplained and all questions answered. We always felt that our wishes were respected and decisions made accordingly. Although we were engaging a professional to work on our behalf we certainly never felt that in doing so that total control had been taken away from us, instead feeling that we had entered a partnership working together.
