We approached Mike to sell our home because he has a regular visual presence in our area and has managed a lot of sales in and around Northwood. His communication from the outset was outstanding, his appraisal of our property was well supported with recent sale information and he was very realistic about the current market. We asked Mike to try an off market sale approach prior to listing it as an auction, knowing that he had buyers who had missed out previously that were looking for a property similar to ours. Mike sent information to his database and internally through the Harcourts network. From this he held one open home and another couple of private viewings that generated 10 groups though and two offers, one of which we negotiated and accepted.
