Mike impressed us right from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable, and very honest about the challenges of our particular property and he came up with solutions. Mikes communication was outstanding with regular texts when taking people through the property and after open homes and a weekly in-depth written report which we found fantastic. We felt he worked very hard for us which culminated in a successful auction. We would definitely recommend Mike.
