Having worked with Mary previously I was very comfortable with Mary selling my rental property. Mary's advise to have the property staged was an excellent call as it looked fantastic. Mary's knowledge of the market was good, the sale came within the range we expected even though numbers viewing properties had dropped away. Archer has been a joy to deal with. She is very responsive on queries [via text or email]. She has showcased the property very well to make sure we are aware of the potentials of the property. The minute we arrived at the property in one of its open homes, we are greeted with a welcoming smile. I don't remember her not smiling. Right from the start Hayden’s communication was excellent.
