Michelle has a wonderful working group to sell my investment property. They analysed the present market situation and discussed the marketing strategy with me very friendly. They had excellent knowledge on all required documents for selling an investment property and helped me to apply/get the necessary documents (healthy house evaluation, EQC report...etc) to sell the property. They also negotiated with the tenants to arrange best time for open home and help me to find tradesman efficiently to do the minor repairs to meet the purchaser's request. Mary was professional, diligent and went over and beyond my expectations. She has a high level of detail, attends to all of the small things - that actually make a difference when a home is being marketed. Mary pushed and encouraged us to spend a little on presentation (gardens, painting, staging) all of which delivered value in the end. On auction day she and her team had our best interests at heart. We set stretchy goals for price and reserves and they worked hard to deliver them.
