Kim was just brilliant...as well as being highly professional, knowledgeable of the activity in the area and what potential buyers would be looking for, she was just a very genuine and enjoyable person to deal with. She set out a great plan for selling the house from day one, and we felt in very safe hands all throughout the process. She gave us good advice in preparing the house for sale, and once on the market, kept us informed after every open home, viewing and other activity. She worked really hard following up with all the prospective buyers, and gave us really good advice with the pre-auction offers that came in. Her advice in sticking with the original auction day resulted in a price quite above exceptions.
