Charlie listed a rental for us only a few weeks out from Xmas and sold this in two weeks via deadline sale. Andrea worked in well with a family member who was able to do a physical viewing on our behalf and during a pre settlement walk through after the sale had been completed. During the marketing phase Jack gave regular updates on how open days were going, and in the finish I ended up with several offers on the table. Jack, and actually all of the wider team I dealt with at Harcourts, had excellent communication and support as to what I needed to do to as the vendor, how the whole process was going and keeping me in the loop. I went with Harcourts as in the past as a buyer they were the best at actually keeping in touch and making me aware of properties for sale.
