Listing and preparing a property to sell is a stressful process. In the prelaunch process, Nick provided great insight and tips on how to position our property in the market. Prior to signing the agent agreement with Nick, we did our homework and invited expressions of interest from a range of agents. The total package Nick offered us, while not the cheapest on offer, provided us confidence that the wider Harcourts team would be ensuring we maximised the possible buyer exposure as possible during the short pre auction campaign to reach best sale price on the day. We believe Nicks calm methodical approach and consistency ensured that buyers were comfortable and not pressured. When we first met Erin - were very impressed with her approach - the fact that she wanted to work with us in achieving the best outcome - whether to rent or sell - even being pro-active and contacting Property Manager. Once we decided to sell - felt very comfortable leaving the sale in Erin's hands - demonstrated to have a strong knowledge of local marketing. Erin kept us well informed of progress - viewers comments and follow-up calls. Impressed by her disposition skills in making suggestions - but at all times leaving us feeling totally 'in control' - was considerate of us when scheduling viewing times Appreciated the fact that Erin recognised and commented on effort we went to to present house.
