Lydia was wonderful taking responsibility for contacting everyone necessary for managing everything that needed doing that we couldn’t do ourselves. This meant I could relax and leave it to her. She was very skilled at letting me know what things of mine should disappear and what could be retained. Although the whole team were important to the sale price I cannot imagine anyone working harder to achieve a sale. Without Lydia’s commitment to finding a buyer I do not believe I would have sold my house. Finally she is such a delightful personality and charmed all my neighbours with her lovely interaction with them.

I first came across Sam Aujla last year around July when he had one of his listings on the market. Jack had the knowledge to take every home to the market with strong focus on the best results for the seller The way in which this process was conducted for me was very easy every thing was take care of telephone calls kept me up to date and each open ho e the results were conveyed to me in writing which allowed me to read and understand where we were at at each stage The only thing I needed to do was ask and I was offered a solution, I think the weather gods played a good part of the open homes it allowed the home to be shown at its very best The photos were vey professional and it showed on the results and the video, I was a bit skeptical about the need but the result showed how important these were , and it was so well not like some I have seen done ! The strategy meeting was a very informative assessment for me I met the auctioneer and the support person , and were very welcoming on auction day Jack was so positive all through the selling process , he was well presented , with clean shoes and a clean shirt every time yes I did notice sometimes it’s the small things , , Jack and Lucy worked hard to get me the best possible price and they did. Well done team Jack you get me a wonderful result, no pressure Jack ! Just the best
