When our uncle died suddenly in January, once we got over the shock of his passing, we were left with his estate to deal with which included his home on Burwood on the golf course. Being from out of town, I asked our lawyers for a recommendation of an estate agent we could have an initial meeting with. Sandra visited us in March when we were visiting and gave us advice on how to proceed. We really warmed to her and didn't look anywhere else. Her advice included painting the inside of the house, in a more neutral tone and then staging the house to appeal to a wider market. (Sandra introduced us to an amazing stager). Sandra kept us up to date throughout the sale process, including phone calls after each open home and a detailed report each week. She was also on hand to answer any and all of our questions. Sandra also helped walk us through a pre auction offer and an auction that was then bought forward - selling the home after only 2 1/2 weeks and for a price that exceeded out expectations. This was largely due to Sandra's advice on what to do with the property before putting it on the market and her extensive knowledge of the Christchurch market. She is a true professional, with an eye for detail. Sandra also visited us at the house, on our last visit to say our final good-byes to it. She was amazing throughout the 3 months we dealt with her from start to finish - making the process a lot less stressful than we initially expected it to be. I would recommend her to anyone in the market to sell their home in Christchurch.

As I live in Melbourne I didn't have much to do with the process. The contact I had with Sandra was professional and curtious. In the final few days when I had questions I needed answered she replied quickly and was very knowledgeable.

Jack is a incredibly dedicated and hardworking agent who is a role model for the future of the real-estate industry. The current market conditions are challenging, they require careful guidance and consideration which Jack gave us right through the sale process. There is no doubt that hard work got as the right result.

So very happy to have chosen Lydia to represent us in the sale of our first home. From the start she was professional, enthusiastic and down to earth in all our interactions and always quick to respond with any questions we had along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to have had promoting our home, working hard right through to auction day and achieving a brilliant result. Lydia was a genuine pleasure to work alongside and will definitely choose her again in any future sales. Highly recommend. Thanks very much Lydia!

Lydia has been great to work with when buying this property in Waimairi Beach. She responded very promptly when first enquiring about the property and took time to arrange viewings at very short notice with my family. Her communication was excellent throughout the whole process. She displays great professionalism and knowledge in her role alongside her genuine friendliness and positivity that ensured approachability from the get-go. Couldn't rate her more highly. We wouldn't have been able to secure this home without Lydia!
