From first contact I have found Julie to be nothing other than professional in her manner, knowledge and willingness to assist. Julie remained in contact and was always very clear on what was needed and when, whilst remaining loyal to her vendors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Julie to those wishing to either sell, or purchase property.

Julie did an amazing job helping us to sell our house. She thoroughly researched the current market, presented us with a realistic price expectation, and communicated with us frequently. We were impressed by how hard Julie worked for the sale of our house. Furthermore, we are very happy with the presentation of our home and the final offer we received. Thank you Julie!

Julie has excellent knowledge of the housing market, the selling process, and provides great advice on the best approach to get the sale you are after. She persevered in very poor market conditions with extremely picky buyers (early 2023) and managed to get my house sold at a great price regardless

Julie kept us really well informed about buyer feedback and walked us through the auction process. Julie is very professional, was accurate in her market appraisal, and was always available for questions if we had any. I would highly recommend her - just as she was recommended by a friend to me.

We are very happy with the sale and highly recommend Harcourts. Julie is the one who was recommended to us as the lady who sells and it happened. The weekly rapports and communications are very professional and appreciated. Thank you very much.

Julie delivered right from the start. She was a font of information and advice prior to listing, during the selling process and beyond. Julie is extremly warm and supportive, a delightful person to have around. I recommend her without hesitation.

Julie was professional, kind and guided us well through the process of selling my elderly mother’s property. She made the process as easy as it could be for both myself and my mother. She put thought into how to support my mother at this difficult time- reassuring, communicating and listening to her concerns. Thank you Julie- you are amazing! 😊

Julie was good to work with & communicated well. She set realistic expectations on the price we were likely to achieve & was able to explain how she arrived at her appraisal figures. Julie gave good practical advice on presenting the property for open homes, helped obtain a solution to an issue that was stopping a potential buyer from obtaining financing & even took Rubbish bins to the curb the night before settlement after we'd forgotten to. Despite listing as the market was falling (Q4 2022) she managed to make the sale on the day of the auction within the price band given in her initial appraisal.
