We would like to highly recommend Julie Proctor. She was in every respect professional and communicated promptly throughout the time our property was on the market. As vendors we felt her guidance and experience ensured that we were able to make the right decisions during the sale process. We always felt that she was working for us and not the purchaser as can sometimes happen during this type of relationship and her energy throughout the campaign was always consistent both with us and also with interested viewers. For context we would add that we are very familiar with the sale process so can definitely recommend Julie as a true professional in this industry without reservation.
