I asked Cian to always be honest and not tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. He was always honest, empathic, respectful & supportive. With Cian’s promotion and Ben’s auction style we managed to achieve a sale above expectations . Ben was so good he almost enticed me to make a bid. 🤣

I was approached by Danean when i inquired about a property that was under offer. After a phone call asking for what i was looking for, what area i was looking in and a price limit - my inbox was soon filled with plenty of options to look at. After shortlisting some properties Danean had organised all of the open homes and came to each one alongside me and my family. We shared laughs and discussed pros/cons at each house (and as a first home buyer this was so imformative). After the offer was made - She was always checking in, keeping me updated on her end and informing me on her communication with the lawyer. She was always on the ball following up information and communicating these. I couldn’t recommend Danean enough for her ongoing support through this high pressure journey!

I asked Julie to sell my property on the advice of a friend. I found her to be knowledgeable, fast with communication and clear and direct with any instructions, she gave helpful insight into how to market and advertise the property. Overall the service she provided was superb and professional (she even mentioned that she wouldn’t bring up the sale if she ran into me in a social setting). It was an absolute delight to have an intelligent, experienced agent working hard to achieve the sale of my home quickly and for an amount I’m happy with. We were extremley impressed with our sales experiance with Cian and Mark. We communicated mostly with Cian, who was extremly easy to talk to and was spot on with his predictions for our house sale and his advice to prepare our home for marketing. Both Cian and Mark kept us up to date with feedback from our open homes and we were never left wondering 'What's Next'. The communiaction was excellenant as was our result. We went into this very hesitant as we were very unaware of current markets. However, Cian in particular guided us through this process in a very easy and caring manner. Danean is one of the best property agents we have dealt with in a long time. She is neither pushy nor solely focused on the sale. She made the process easy and enjoyable as we searched for a house. The house we ultimately purchased wasn't even on our original list or in our intended area. However, she introduced it to us, and it fulfilled all the criteria we desired except for the location. Nonetheless, it was situated in an area that still met our preferences. Danean comprehended our requirements, explained options within our budget, and highlighted properties that might exceed it. We would defiantly recommend her to others and will use her services again when we buy another property.
