The house we ultimately purchased wasn't even on our original list or in our intended area. However, she introduced it to us, and it fulfilled all the criteria we desired except for the location. Nonetheless, it was situated in an area that still met our preferences. Danean comprehended our requirements, explained options within our budget, and highlighted properties that might exceed it. We would defiantly recommend her to others and will use her services again when we buy another property.
