We attended one of the first open homes, and all the way through the initial look around, the auction process, pre-settlement inspection and handing over of the keys, nothing ever seemed too much for Cian. He communicated clearly with us around the auction process, made helpful suggestions to familiarise ourselves with the process, and continually checked in as the auction date approached. Always professional, Cian has a natural way that instantly put us at ease; he was able to answer all questions about the property and its benefits, as well as showing interest in us as not just buyers, but a family looking for the right home. Never pushy or condescending, Cian was great at follow up communication and very willing to accommodate extra visits/checks to allow us to make an informed purchasing decision. Having visited dozens of different open homes over several months, we found Cian’s manner amongst the best we encountered. If we had not already engaged a family friend in the selling of our existing home, we would have felt very confident in using Cian to sell our house as well. Considering how stressful the process of buying/selling a home can be, we would not hesitate to recommend Cian to anyone looking for a stress-free, thorough and engaging agent.
