Apart from the auction process, which wasn't hard but just a wee bit nerve-wracking for first time auction buyers, the whole process of purchasing this home so I could downsize into a more manageable home was fairly straight forward. All my questions were answered, I fully informed about the auction process and what I had to get in place prior to the day and Julie was lovely to deal with both prior to and on the day of the auction.
