Communicates every step of the way, non judgemental, understanding, puts himself into your shoes no matter what situation you’re in. Open and honest and gives advice for all different scenarios. My sister Nicky is partially sighted and required a modern 2 bedroom single storey property within close proximity to bus routes and a Shopping Centre. This criteria is not easy to fulfill. When Denise identified a property that she considered would be of interest she advised us. This took time and patience on Denises part and her particular knowledge of Greater Christchurch was invaluable. After 18 months of possibilities Denise found 2/3 Nyoli Street. It was the perfect house for Nicky and fulfilled all her requirements. Nyoli Street was subject to a Deadline Treaty Sale which has been moved forward and really only left the family three days to make decisions regarding bidding on the property. Denises knowledge of the market and the nature of Deadline Treaty Sales was invaluable to us in our bid to secure the property.
