Jess continued to market our property after an offer had been accepted to insure we had something in the wings if anything fell through and to get us the best result possible. Jess also went out of her way to guide us through our purchase as the agent on that side was unhelpful. We met Jess when we put an offer on a property she was the agent for so have seen her from both the vendor and purchasers side, she is so respectful, communicative and knowledgeable, a true superstar in her field.

I approached Andrew when he was hosting a busy open home in the mid October 2023. With his professional intuition, he quickly sensed that I wasn't coming for the house. He then managed to meet me at my house the next day. He spent sometime looking through my house thoroughly and giving his professional view and marketing strategy. My house was listed at early November. Under his advice and help, the house were ready for a series marketing schedule which let to a successful sale at the first day of the New Year.
