Right from the very start, Connor was helpful, never over-promised, and provided clear direction and advice in practical ways. His warm, engaging, positive manner helped make the process less stressful, and the whole team was very efficient and on to it ,even when we were not!! We had a really short campaign with tight deadlines but they still managed to get the house sold at auction with a really good result for us and the buyers. We couldn't be more satisfied with the result. While not every auction is a success, we felt they made sure that no matter what happened at the auction, we were fully informed as to what to expect and had confidence in the fact that Connor and the team had made sure that we had the best possible chance of success.
