Katie was the perfect fit for us. She quickly paired up our house with a family who was looking for exactly what we had and we were lucky enough to get a super fast sale (less that 24 hours!). I was so impressed with the respect Katie showed us at all times. Although selling houses is her daily business she was mindful that the process is something out of the ordinary for us and can be a stressful time if not handled thoughtfully. It started well but we definitely felt that we were paying a premium to be short changed and given the run around. Kept asking the first purchaser if issues were a 'deal breaker' then 2nd purchaser was entertained with ideas of us dropping the purchase price for something that wasnt in the contract! It seemed like we weren't even important at that point. We were glad to finally get it all done despite losing money and would not go with the agent again.

Even though the initial offer was significantly below our limit, and we assumed we would need to try again later, she managed to get us an unconditional offer that was within our limit within a day.
