From the first phone call to Ferg, he was absolutely amazing. At our first meeting, he spent a lot of time making sure I understood the whole process of selling my house and made me feel that he would actually be working for me to get the best outcome possible. I have sold two houses before, and neither time did the agents make me feel this way.
