We were the buyers during our experience with Katie. The sale of the house all occurred during very trying and uncertain times - Lockdown. However, Katie never failed to come back to us with additional information when we requested it. We are first home buyers, so our questions were plentiful and probably quite bizarre! But Katie followed through every time. She prepared us well for the auction, and as best as she could with a realistic price possibility. She also set us up with a colleague, Richard, on the phone during the auction which was so kind and we can't even express into words how helpful this was for us.
