Shona was awesome and provided service far ahead of what anyone should expect. You simply can't deal with a nicer and well informed agent than Shona. Shona shared our vision and expectations and just made it happen, from dropping off packing boxes to lending window cleaning gear, contacts for cleaners etc. Shona had it nailed.

We only dealt with Katie through phone calls and FaceTime... but she came across as very professional, polite, truthful and knowledgeable. We were shown the house through FaceTime and she presented the residence very well. Speaking about the home’s attributes and other things that might need attending to later. She is a gem in your crown. Thanks so much.

Katie, was very proactive and sourced a number of buyers for my rental property from contacts she had and marketing. There was little impact on the current tenants, she liaise with both them and the property managers for access only if required and totally took the hassle out of selling. She is very professional and worked hard to secure the best out come for me as the vendor. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to sell your property.
