Ferg was recommended to be my Ange Wanoa, we met that day and he instantly made me feel at ease. This was a difficult sale as it was involving a separation which is not good at best of times. However Ferg helped with difficulties that arose and was always easy to talk to and reassuring. He listened to issues I had and gave good sound advice, he worked hard for me to ensure a good outcome and was realistic in the market and how I was placed. He worked very hard with the purchaser to get the sale over the line and I would highly recommend him to other purchasers of sellers.
