Shona has been a pleasure to work with. She really went the extra mile for us, and has even dropped boxes off for us after the sale of our home! Shona is professional, honest and a great communicator: we are so happy we chose Shona to sell our home. We look forward to working with Shona again in the future.

Katie made selling our lifestyle property a great experience and an easy one. She knows and understands the market for lifestyle properties in the West Melton area and provided us with excellent information on what the market was currently doing and on recent sales nearby. By working with her existing clients she found us a buyer without having to do a marketing campaign and go to auction which made the selling process much smoother and less stressful than we had anticipated. At all times Katie has been highly professional, empathetic, an excellent communicator and willing to go the extra mile. We very much appreciated the market appraisal information and pre auction advice she gave us on a property we were looking to (and eventually did) purchase, even though she had no personal interest or reward in said property. We have no hesitation in recommending Katie Harrison to be your agent.

Being the first time I’ve sold a house, she made the process easy and seamless and able to answer all the questions I had throughout the process. I Highly Recommend Shona Robb.
