Jason has been really helpful throughout the whole process of buying a house. Being first buyers there is a lot to learn and navigate during the process, especially when you're doing this during the holiday period of Christmas and New Years! Pros • Richard is a very proactive agent, anytime I need to see him, he would make himself available in a matter of hours • He helped me with the complex procedure of purchasing a home with Kainga Ora • He considered my personal post-settlement needs and brought me a bed, very grateful for that. • Richard offered to cut hedges at the property and also see me on settlement day with a drink of my choice Cons • I almost signed the Sale and Purchase agreement without understanding what it meant and without any conditions in it. Thanks to my lawyer for saving the day. Being the first home buyer I wasn’t aware of the legality of signing the agreement. • I wasn’t made aware of shared driveway (probably obvious but again being first home buyer I should have been informed what it means) • I was told that the driveway was made up of concrete but it is actually bitumen • I had to get the LIM builders report and all myself. During the property hunt, I saw Kelleher Real Estate Mike Perro and Ray White provide most of the documents beforehand.

Stu is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He was able to offer us sensible and honest advice when we were selling our home. He was always available to answer any of our questions.
