It was a great experience working with Shona. She made the process smooth and comfortable. She is very welcoming with a smiling face and very professional at the same time. She was polite at all times. She also arranged the property viewing for us other than scheduled open homes. She is also good at communicating buyers concerns to the property owners. We were always comfortable approaching/communicating with her. On a occasions on another property we where a bit late to get on time but she welcomed us whole heartedly and allowed us to go through the viewing from her busy schedule. We wish very best for her.

I've met Glenis through a house listing, which I was a little bit too late in putting an offer in. Glenis still reached out to me and enquired what kind of house/property I'm after and she started sending me regular emails with new listings of houses which might be interesting for me.
