Had the almost impossible task of trying to sell an over 60s unit. Diligently ran open homes for weeks, we then heard how we could apply to council to have the encumbrances taken off, so we took the property off the market, did the paperwork etc and the remarketed it a few months later. Stu would always follow up well within 24 hours. I was able to express my honest concerns and because of this the negotiation phase was simple and reasonable.
