Right from first meeting with Katie a few years ago we were really impressed with her knowledge, her friendly manner and professionalism, so it seemed the obvious choice to make contact again when we decided it was time to move on. Working with Stu was great it all happened by a chance meeting at one of his property's i missed out out due to timing. When the timing was better he reached out to me and helped me find the property I've now purchased. Stu was my rock and diluted all the agent speak was a great help I would totally use him again.

Market knowledge: Although she was based in Rolleston, Lauryn rapidly gained a strong insight into the Lincoln property market. Initially, she introduced us to some properties that didn’t meet our needs but quickly zeroed in on a few that met our expectations Communication: Lauryn is a good listener, an important attribute for any marketer. Although she was willing to challenge our perceptions of some properties, this wasn’t too critical but contributed to identifying our expectations . This enabled her to meet the expectations of a couple of septuagenarians who no longer wanted a large or ostentatious home but one that met our simpler needs. Professionalism: At all times, Lauryn was very professional. She always arrived early or on time to appointments, was accepted by her colleagues from other agencies and was well presented.
