Greg has a very calm and professional approach. He helped us navigate pricing and marketing strategy, and we felt we made the right decision. The photos and presentation of our property was brilliant and set our home apart from similar listings. Gregs communication with us was prompt, honest and easy to interpret. We had multiple offers after the first weekend which exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Greg for anyone looking at listing or buying a property because of his experience, ability to manage expectations, professionalism, and communication skills.

Yvenna Yue and Team Yvenna & Craig have demonstrated their professionalism throughout the selling process. Special thanks to Alan Li. They are super efficient in communication, making plans and keeping me updated throughout the whole. The price negotiation process was a bit challenging, but it was so smooth for me thanks to their knowledge, skills, and prompt update everyday. Highly recommened Team Yvenna & Craig to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property!

The problem I have with this review is that I am only allowed to give five stars, when I would have preferred six! Yvenna and her team outdid themselves and got my property sold in record time. There was open communication all the way and the team's professionalism was very evident and much appreciated.

Paula Whiteman was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all my questions, even took the time to book a truck for myself to move into my new home. The service she has given is a 10 out of 10. Thankyou Lodge Real Estate for making this an easy hassle free experience in buying a new property.
