We decided to sell our property in Australia and move back to New Zealand on a whim, and if that wasn’t going to be stressful enough, we also decided to purchase a property in New Zealand at the same time, without being able to view it ourselves. Throughout the campaign, Kiah was incredibly communicative and responsive to the market, while always sensitive to us as homeowners. She continually reflected on the campaign, refining wording and marketing details to ensure our home was presenting its true assets and value. Her approach was researched, considered and responsive to an ever-moving market. Kiah was equally patient with buyers, giving people the genuine human space needed to connect with a home. This ultimately brought us multiple offers and enabled us to move on to our next adventure, just around the corner in Hayes Paddock. We couldn't recommend Kiah more highly. She is a wonderful agent and a genuinely good human. It's clear she has chosen real estate because she loves people, life and living - and wants to make people's lives better!
