We were selling our property and we live out of town, so everything was done remotely. Glen's promise is that he will do his best for us. Simple, but he delivers. Glen has excellent market knowledge, market pricing and strategy skills. His communication is both reassuring and timely. We found him a very trustworthy professional. The result was we sold in about 2 weeks after listing, with 16 offers to consider. This sale would be the most straight forward process we have encountered. Lodge is geared up for electronic authorisation and authentication, so us not being in the office is not an issue. A buyer or seller would be wise to go with Glen and Sonia.
