Once we’d accepted the offer communication from the team completely dried up, making us feel like we were simply a commission rather than valued clients. Updates were not forthcoming, and the benefit of using “a team” was completely lost when the reason for no updates was 1 person going on leave. As clients we felt under valued, and that the blanket approach to marketing did a disservice to the property. It’s clear the team are better suited to flashy new builds rather than modest kiwi homes and aren’t interested in providing quality client service to those unlikely to buy/sell in the same in the city in the future.
