We recently entrusted Rachel and Daniel with the sale of our property in Papamoa and have been very satisfied with the outcome and service they provided us. They provided regular updates on the current market around the area of our property, to help us together decide on what marketing approach that was best for us. Their service was friendly, efficient and professional and we have no hesitation in recommending Rachel and Daniel if you are looking for an excellent agent to sell your property

After deciding to return to the Waikato to be near family again we had appraisals for the sale of our home from 3 companies. We chose Daniel and Rachel Dickison from Eves as we felt a certain rapport with them. Our house took a little longer to sell than expected and while it was a little frustrating Daniel and Rachels enthusiam kept us buoyed. They kept us informed throughout and were continuously using different stategies to get a sale. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and had some great chats and laughs along the way. We wholeheartedly recommend this pleasant couple to anyone in the property market. Home for Christmas ----Thanks Daniel

I originally emailed Daniel from overseas because I saw a listing he had that was identical to one I had seen earlier that suited me . I assumed I would not hear back from him as It was clear I wasn’t going to be buying soon. However he did respond and when I returned I wanted to just look to see if anything in Papamoa appealed to me before placing my house overseas on the market. I wasn’t really ready to buy but my daughter wanted to house hunt for fun and information . Daniel listened carefully and before we even looked he knew exactly what I needed. The result was - the first house we looked at was The One! So knowing that I was able to find a lovely choice I put my house on the market overseas , fronted up to the daunting experience of arranging buying at auction in N Z , all just as the Covid 19 hit. Needless to say the stress and complications of pulling all this together without a home office, no international travel and no international mail moving was horrific. I cannot say I am sure I did the right thing because I didn’t really understand currency exchange workings. No one knows what actually is the right thing to do at this weird time, However what I can say is Daniel’s attitude, upbeat personality and willingness to discuss the multiple pros and cons made it possible for me to move ahead . He was very kind and willing to find creative though time consuming ways to get the documents and paperwork printed, scanned and emailed to my attorney and financial advisor back and forth to the states. I am 73 , have been in N Z a great deal of the past 26 years and am a permanent resident here. I felt if didn’t make the leap now I certainly wouldn’t want to do it as more time passes, Daniel took the pressure off and made it fun and an adventure in a very ‘unfun’ season . From the very outset what I appreciated was Miranda’s respect as to the nature and timing of the sale but at the same time, her ability to stay in touch without pushing to do business. I think that was the key to her securing the business. The word that I would use to describe my impression and overall experience with Miranda and her team is polished. Of course it was much more than that, empathetic, knowledgeable, willing, accessible, efficient and effective but really it all boiled down to Miranda being highly professional. Something that struck me on auction day was Miranda’s manner and tone of voice – soothing, supportive, informative but again…there to do the best for her client. The perfect blend of personal and business attributes. I would definitely recommend people using Miranda Horan.

Daniel spent a lot of time showing us houses around the Mount and Papamoa for quite a few months and new a lot about the areas in regards to schooling and planned developments. He was patient and always thought of us when a new listing came and in the end we found the perfect house in Papamoa. Thank you!

Thanks so much Miranda you helped me achieve my property goal and took a lot of the stress out of the process. We all know what a nightmare selling and buying property can be and at times it can feel overwhelming. Miranda had all her ducks in a row and helped me through step by step. She gave me good guidance to help me make informed and balanced decisions. She is the cheeriest and most relaxed agent I've ever dealt with but it by no means. A couple of times before open homes I cut it fine to vacate and would be starting to panic. Miranda would breeze in with her cheery smile and suddenly I could breathe again. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling or buying. Thanks again Miranda. I agree with Diane....you're an angel! :-)
