With Pat comes the family team. They all bring different strengths to the table which ensures they have your back, through this sometimes stressful process. The reason for choosing Pat initially was that he had connections and he helped me get the right people to prepare the property for market and he was genuine. The team are honest, professional fun to work with but most of all they get you the results!

Dirk and his team delivered a professional and tasteful marketing campaign which gave our property maximum exposure and attracted large volumes of potential buyers. Dirk’s communication was frequent and direct. Unlike a lot of other agents who attempt to lure you in by raising expectations, Dirk was very honest in his appraisal and buyer assessment, this provided us with a good decision making platform. Dirk delivered a great result for us and we will be sure to use him again in the future.

Decided we should buy a house at the Mount so popped into Eves and spoke to Amy. She went and showed us a house straight away and over next few weeks was really prompt and helpful advising us of all and upcoming listings etc. First house that we liked we grabbed at the auction with Amy's assistance. Superb service. A ++

We are so happy with the support Dirk provided during our recent home search and purchase in the Mount. He listened closely to what we were looking for and kept us in the loop about newly listed properties. When it came to negotiating, we were so grateful for his expertise and commitment to getting us the best deal possible. Also, when we were looking for more information about the property, he took action and found what we needed quickly. Thanks Dirk for making the home buying process easy!
