From the very outset what I appreciated was Miranda’s respect as to the nature and timing of the sale but at the same time, her ability to stay in touch without pushing to do business. I think that was the key to her securing the business. The word that I would use to describe my impression and overall experience with Miranda and her team is polished. Of course it was much more than that, empathetic, knowledgeable, willing, accessible, efficient and effective but really it all boiled down to Miranda being highly professional. Something that struck me on auction day was Miranda’s manner and tone of voice – soothing, supportive, informative but again…there to do the best for her client. The perfect blend of personal and business attributes. I would definitely recommend people using Miranda Horan.

Daniel spent a lot of time showing us houses around the Mount and Papamoa for quite a few months and new a lot about the areas in regards to schooling and planned developments. Thanks so much Miranda you helped me achieve my property goal and took a lot of the stress out of the process. We all know what a nightmare selling and buying property can be and at times it can feel overwhelming. Miranda had all her ducks in a row and helped me through step by step. She gave me good guidance to help me make informed and balanced decisions. She is the cheeriest and most relaxed agent I've ever dealt with but it by no means. A couple of times before open homes I cut it fine to vacate and would be starting to panic. Miranda would breeze in with her cheery smile and suddenly I could breathe again.
