Thank you Dirk and Courtenay for your assistance in finding a property for us.
From visiting an open home which was not suitable for us Sam from your office has followed up weekly with other properties and then we have purchased after visiting another open home hosted by Courtenay. Good communication and follow up in a professional manner. Thank you all .

Accommodating Agent Amy
Amy was recommended to us as we embarked on a search for a property at The Mount. We contacted her in November and talked through what we were looking for and over the next 2 months she sent through various listings that she thought would be suitable. When 80B Valley Road came on the market, we just knew this was the one and are very happy to say that we are now the owners of this beautiful property. Throughout the whole process, Amy was very professional, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and she answered any questions we had to the best of her ability or referred us to the pertinent website/contact. She helped us through the auction process, making sure we were fully informed and she was also with us on the day to support us. If you are thinking of buying or selling a property in The Mount/Papamoa area I would highly recommend that you contact Amy at Eve’s Realty (insert contact details) Amy, we look forward to seeing your beautiful smile when we get together for a celebratory drink when we complete on our property in a few weeks’ time.

Fantastic agent
Amy has been fantastic, guiding us through buying our first property in this crazy market. Not only did she help us navigate the intensely inflated market prices, but she also came up with a killer strategy to secure a fabulous property that I would have considered miles out of reach. So thank you Amy for answering all my daft questions and using your knowledge and experience to find us such an amazing property so wonderfully fast.

Excellent communication and support.
Amy was very professional in all our dealings and kept us well informed with all our inquires. Amy was very knowledgeable with the area and worked hard to find the ideal property for our family. She is very approachable, friendly and a great communicator and was very flexible to accommodate our needs. We would highly recommend her as the agent to use.

100% Recommend
We have used Kelly & Kyra now for two house sales and we have nothing but respect for their professionalism and abilities. The feedback from open homes and contact is nothing short of incredible and we would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate in the area.

Awesome experience, highly recommended!
Courtenay was absolutely awesome! She explained the process of listing our property and outlined what would work best for us - in this case an auction. We trusted her advice and we were extremely thrilled with the outcome. I thoroughly recommend Courtenay and the team at Eves.

Excellent assistant from Courtney Megson
I came late to the auction there was already a pre auction offer on the property when I showed interest. Courtney was excellent in allowing access to the house so that I could see it quickly and that I could also see it with my builder. She is very professional and competent. A pleasure to work with
