To get straight to the point. Fiona did an excellent job. On the marketing side I was very impressed with her ability to find possible buyers for my house. She knows where they are looking. She was always highly motivated to get the job done and as the marketing and negotiation processes encountered a number of unforeseen circumstances she stayed with it and quickly came up with a solution to every problem. She was always a pleasure to deal with and with her as my agent I felt confident that I would get the best outcome available. Buying and selling any houses is no trivial matter and it is good to see that there are still dedicated professionals like her in the business.

Lockdown got in the way of my sale right from the start, so was sitting on a few offers over that time. But as soon as it was over, Ron got right back onto it for me. His communication skills are awesome, and he never made me feel that I was intruding into his time if I had to call him. He was always available, despite his heavy work load. He got a 'curly' one to deal with in there being a major flaw in the original cross lease, but we managed to sort a solution eventually and he was ever so helpful and empathetic towards my frustration over that time. It seemed to go on forever at the time and he was my 'rock' so to speak. He was totally professional and I was impressed with his knowledge and overall skill in the whole transaction. One big thank you to you Ron, I couldn't have done it without you. This one was a commission well deserved and I think you would agree!

Honest, Genuine for Real Estate- very rare quality.
