Lockdown got in the way of my sale right from the start, so was sitting on a few offers over that time. But as soon as it was over, Ron got right back onto it for me. His communication skills are awesome, and he never made me feel that I was intruding into his time if I had to call him. He was always available, despite his heavy work load. He got a 'curly' one to deal with in there being a major flaw in the original cross lease, but we managed to sort a solution eventually and he was ever so helpful and empathetic towards my frustration over that time. It seemed to go on forever at the time and he was my 'rock' so to speak. He was totally professional and I was impressed with his knowledge and overall skill in the whole transaction.
