I have had the immense pleasure of working with Kellie as both a vendor and a purchaser now and I just think she's the absolute best. I love her tenacity and passion - she works extremely hard to get the job done properly and efficiently, letting nothing and nobody get in the way of her clients reaching their goals. She really cares for you and is there every step of the way and then some to make sure you're not stressing and your needs are met. 100% recommend and wouldnt want to work with anyone else.

We had an excellent experience working with Kylie to sell our property in Rotorua. From the beginning, Kylie was highly responsive, professional, and proactive throughout the entire process. She explored a variety of avenues to market and sell our property, ensuring no opportunity was overlooked. Her communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way and always making herself available to answer questions or provide guidance. As challenges arose during the sale process, Kylie worked diligently to help resolve them and kept everything moving forward. Her expertise, determination, and commitment ultimately resulted in a successful sale. We are extremely grateful for Kylie's hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property. An A+ real estate agent who goes above and beyond for her clients.

We had a wonderful experience working with Kara to sell our home. She was friendly, professional, easy to deal with, and always helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything feel simple and stress-free, and we really appreciated her communication and support. Our house sold in a short span of time after the open home, which was an amazing result! We’re very grateful for all her hard work and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

What a great experience, my son brought his first home with Team Sutton, they couldn’t have been more supportive, guided him through the process and celebrated him when we put the sold sign up! We are very thankful to have had such superstars!

She knew what I was looking for after a short conversation at a previous open home and when it came on the market she was ready to show me through it! Perfect and simple, She was able to find answers to all my questions, great when someone understands the brief and knows what you need to make a decision! Plus it’s amazing to have a cheerleader on your team when you are bidding at Auction!
