Very professional and experienced agent who (along with her 2IC Kyle) was prepared to go the extra distance to arrange and facilitate a sale. Friendly, communicative and having now both bought and sold a house through Denise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

She was brilliant! Did everything I asked for as I probably wasn’t the most punctual client out there, but her patience, and her understanding is a great quality that was very much appreciated.

We received a reasonable offer for our property 2 weeks after advertising. Shes a miracle worker. Upon first meeting Denise she came prepared with details about our home, what we could sell for and a marketing strategy She was very good at communicating with us and was very accommodating. Especially since we moved overseas. We chose her as our agent because she left a strong impression she genuinely cares about us if she can make us feel comfortable and listened to us we hoped potential buyers would feel that too

Starting with our first contact with Ron, a general enquiry made by phone from Auckland, we found him to be very attentive and keen to fully support both his client, the vendors, and also ourselves as the possible purchasers. When we visited Rotorus and inspected housing options we found all he had described was true and accurate without embelishment. Once we decided to make an offer on our new home, Ron guided us through the process with professionalism . We have no hesitation in recommending Ron as an excellent Agent, whether for sale or purchase.

Denise is very professional and she brings years of experience in the real estate industry to the table. Was a pleasure working with her on the sale of our house. She gave us valuable in-sightings into the market which helped us decide the best strategy and price and made the entire sale process an enjoyable experience. She was very timely in her communication even after we relocated and this helped ease our anxiety. Thank You Denise.
